Niitakaya USA Inc., based in Montebello, CA, has initiated a nationwide recall of two garlic-based products due to the presence of an undeclared allergen—fish (bonito). The products in question are:

#3700 Shiso Katsuo Ninniku
#3701 Miso Katsuo Ninniku

Reason for Recall

Both products contain bonito, a type of fish, which was not declared on the packaging. This poses a severe risk to consumers with fish allergies, who may experience serious or potentially life-threatening reactions if they consume the affected products.
