Smoked mussels have been recalled in New Zealand due to the presence of Listeria.

The possibility of Listeria contamination has caused Blackbeards Smokehouse to recall a batch of its smoked mussels. The products were not exported. No other products under the Blackbeards Smokehouse brand are impacted by this recall. The products are sold at the following stores:

Farro Fresh stores throughout Auckland
Four Square Coromandel, 50 Wharf Road, Coromandel
Fresh Choice Papamoa, 20 Coast Boulevard, Papamoa
New World Albany, 219 McKinnon Drive, Albany, Auckland
RAW at Waiheke Fresh Fruit and Vege Market, 4 Putiki Road, Ostend, Auckland

And online at Supie.
