Oyster Kings Inc. has recalled various oyster brands due to Salmonella Contamination.

Due to potential Salmonella infection, the implicated products are being withdrawn from sale. The recalled goods were distributed to additional provinces and territories in addition to Ontario and Quebec, where they were sold. These goods may have been offered for sale by counters, clerk-served, with or without labels or coding. Customers are advised to get in touch with their shop if they’re not sure if they bought the recalled product. Test results from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency led to this recall. There have been no illnesses linked to the use of these goods recorded.

Salmonella Infection:

Serious or sometimes fatal infections can strike infants, expectant mothers, the elderly, people with weakened immune systems, and pregnant women. Short-term symptoms like fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea are common in healthy people. The long-term effects could include severe arthritis.
