Lotte Brand Recalls Almond Pepero and White Cookie Pepero Products

Emart Company Ltd is recalling some batches of Lotte brand Almond Pepero and White Cookie Pepero due to undeclared sesame allergen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lotte brand Almond Pepero and White Cookie Pepero items have been recalled from stores in New South Wales (NSW), Australia.

The recall was prompted by the identification of undisclosed allergens in the products. Specifically, Lotte Pepero Almond contains sesame, while Lotte Pepero White Cookie contains tree nut (almond), sesame, and peanuts.

These affected products originate from South Korea and carry best-before-date markings as follows: Lotte Pepero Almond – 02 May 2024 and Lotte Pepero White Cookie – 01 May 2024. Individuals with allergies or intolerances to tree nuts (almond), sesame, or peanuts are advised against consuming these products. Instead, they are urged to return them to the point of purchase to receive a complete refund.
