• Origin Brand Flaked Smoked Salmon (various weights)
• Origin Brand Hot Smoked Salmon (various weights)
• Origin Brand Smoked Salmon Wings (various weights)
• Origin Brand Salmon Pate (100g)

Products Affected:

1. Flaked Smoked Salmon – Sold in vacuum-sealed plastic of various weights.
2. Hot Smoked Salmon – Sold in vacuum-sealed plastic of various weights.
3. Smoked Salmon Wings – Sold in vacuum-sealed plastic of various weights.
4. Salmon Pate – Sold in 100g plastic containers.

Distribution:

• The affected products have been sold at the Origin Fresh Food Store, located at 4 Wharf Street, PO Box 2135, Dunedin.
• They are also available for purchase on the Origin Food website through home delivery within the Dunedin area.
• No products have been exported.

Consumer Advice:

• Do not consume these products.
• Dispose of the affected products or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
