Craftology, LLC DBA Dutch Treat Foods Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Cashews in “Craftology This is My Happy Place Pasta Salad”
Due to the possibility of undeclared cashews, Craftology, LLC dba Dutch Treat Foods of Zeeland, MI is recalling its 14-ounce containers of “Craftology This Is My Happy Place Pasta Salad.” Consuming these goods puts those with cashew allergies at risk for severe or fatal allergic reactions.
The recalled, Craftology This Is My Happy Place Pasta Salad” was sold in retail establishments in the midwestern region of the US.
A single label is wrapped around the top, side, and bottom of the 14-ounce clear plastic clamshell container in which the product is packaged. The following use-by and lot code combinations are printed on the clear side of each container:

This recall is not a result of a Craftology, LLC dba Dutch Treat Foods food safety issue. Sunflower seeds are sourced by the company from Shah Trading Company Limited through Lipari Foods Operating Company. Due to an undeclared allergy, Cashews, which was found in a case of the Shah Trading Sunflower Seeds Oil RS bulk product, Lipari, a distributor of Shah Trading products, started a recall of sunflower seeds used by the company in the aforementioned product on October 5, 2022. As a result, the company is voluntarily recalling any products that include the tainted batch of sunflower seeds from Shah Trading. No documented reports of negative effects linked to using the company’s product have been made.
