Coles Spinach Products were recalled in Australia due to food safety hazards. 

A recall of numerous spinach items is being carried out by Coles Supermarkets. In QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, and NT, Coles and Coles Express stores have the products for sale. The recall is due to the possibility of contamination with hazardous plant material. Consumption of food containing hazardous plant material may result in illness.

Coles Chef Blend Tender Leaf 150g (UBD 22 DEC, VIC, NSW, SA, NT only)
