Chicken products from western brands were recalled in Ireland due to the presence of Salmonella.

Salmonella contamination caused the recall of chicken products from western brands in Ireland. Salmonella-contaminated food can still make you sick even if it doesn’t look or smell bad. Infections can be serious and even fatal for young children, expectant mothers, the elderly, and people with compromised immune systems. Symptoms include fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and arthritis.
