Waimata Cheese Company Limited has issued a recall for a specific batch of its Waimata Cheese brand Camembert, Longbush brand Camembert, and Longbush brand Brie due to the potential presence of E. coli. The affected products were distributed to various locations and are being removed from shelves immediately.

Date Marking: Best before 28/02/24
Package Size and Description: Individual foil packages

Note: The affected products have not been exported.

Consumers who have purchased any of the listed products with the specified batch and date markings are urged not to consume them. Customers are advised to return the products to the point of purchase for a full refund or dispose of them safely. Retailers who carry the recalled products are required to download the point of sale notice provided by Waimata Cheese Company Limited and prominently display it in-store for one month.
