Aflatoxin and arsenic levels in Brown Rice exceeded permissible levels, prompting a recall in Singapore.

Aflatoxin B1 and arsenic were found in samples of Eu Yan Sang’s Brown Rice Si Shen powder at levels that were higher than those allowed by the Singapore Food Regulations. The recall has been initiated for the two affected batches.
