Due to the presence of soy and wheat, which are not disclosed on the label, John West is recalling John West on The Go Indian Tuna Rice Salad. For those who have a soy allergy, celiac disease, wheat or gluten allergy, or intolerance, the product may pose a health risk. Only items bought at ASDA stores are impacted by this problem. Anyone who has celiac disease, a soy allergy, a wheat allergy, or a gluten sensitivity should avoid this product since it includes soy and wheat.

Customers of John West are being asked to return the aforementioned product, and the company has informed the appropriate allergy support groups, who will inform their members of the recall.
