Allergy alert: Van Law Food Products Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Soy and Wheat in Product Expanded

Front Label – Whole Foods Market 365 Organic Creamy Caesar DressingBack Label – Nutrition Facts and Ingredients

Whole Foods Market 365 Organic Creamy Caesar Dressing is now being recalled by VanLaw Food Products Inc. because it includes unidentified soy and wheat allergens. The 365 Organic Creamy Caesar Dressing from Whole Foods Market with the wrong UPC Code 99482-49027 and a BEST IF USED BY DATE of SEP 21 22 through JUN 06 23 is now included in the recall.

If soy or wheat is consumed by someone who may be allergic to it or have a significant sensitivity to it, they run the risk of suffering a major or even fatal allergic reaction. The recalled goods were offered for sale in the vegetable or dairy sections and were shipped all over the country by Whole Foods Markets. The shelves of all implicated products have been cleared. To date, no illnesses have been reported.

The products were sold in packaging that did not make clear the existence of the soy and wheat allergens, leading to the recalls. The issue arose when the products being recalled accidentally received the rear label from another product.

Customers who bought 12 oz. glass bottles of Whole Foods Market 365 Organic Creamy Caesar Dressing with these Used by Codes (UPC code 99482-49027) should throw the product away and ask for a refund at the place of sale.
